Draft Operational Policy
This document represents the technical and operational policy structure for the SMSGenix platform preview. Final regulatory terms must be confirmed with legal counsel and published prior to production launch.
Phone numbers uploaded via contact lists, CSV imports, or API calls are used solely for the technical routing and transmission of SMS messages. SMSGenix does not sell, broker, or cross-market uploaded customer address books.
Message body text is retained in encrypted storage for audit and troubleshooting purposes according to customer project data retention settings. High-security environments may configure message masking to redact sensitive OTP numbers and personal information from dashboard viewing.
Financial deposits, bundle purchases, API key generations, and user privilege changes are permanently recorded in immutable audit ledgers to protect tenant integrity and ensure commercial accountability.
