Draft Operational Policy
This document represents the technical and operational policy structure for the SMSGenix platform preview. Final regulatory terms must be confirmed with legal counsel and published prior to production launch.
Promotional and marketing SMS messages may only be delivered to recipients who have explicitly opted in. Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), purchased contact databases, and scraped telephone directories are strictly prohibited.
The platform may not be utilized to transmit content related to illegal gambling, unauthorized financial pyramid schemes, adult services, harassment, defamation, or political disinformation prohibited under Sri Lankan law.
Promotional campaigns must provide a clear mechanism for recipients to opt out of future communications. The customer is responsible for maintaining an active suppression list to prevent re-messaging unsubscribed numbers.
