This document represents the technical and operational policy structure for the SMSGenix platform preview. Final regulatory terms must be confirmed with legal counsel and published prior to production launch.
Eligible referrers receive 5% in spendable organisation wallet credit calculated on verified referee bank transfer deposits. Rewards cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or withdrawn to bank accounts.
Self-referrals among affiliated companies sharing directors, common Business Registration documentation, or identical payment accounts are strictly disqualified and subject to ledger revocation.
A referral reward is posted to the referrer’s wallet upon successful verification of the referee’s bank deposit by platform super-administrators. In the event of a reversed transfer or uncollected deposit, associated referral credits will be reversed accordingly.
